Founder & Managing Director

Uğur Yılmaz is a Japan–Türkiye business development consultant specializing in market entry support, supplier sourcing, distributor development, and cross-border business operations.

After studying Japanese language and culture in both Türkiye and Japan, he worked at the Istanbul office of a Japanese company operating in 21 countries worldwide. In 2016, he founded his own consultancy company to support Japanese and Turkish businesses in developing long-term commercial partnerships.

Since then, he has been actively providing market consultancy and operational support for companies across multiple industries, including food products, industrial materials, agricultural technologies, consumer products, and B2B solutions. He has supported both Japanese companies entering Türkiye and Turkish companies exploring business opportunities in Japan.

More than 15 years of experience working between Türkiye and Japan.

He also serves as the Turkey purchasing representative for Japan-based Tokura Shouji Company.
